As UX team leader, I was in charge of managing a team of UX, UI and motion designers to create a knowledge base for Italgas, customer of Atos, the company I worked for.

I was in charge of managing relations with PM and various stakeholders, as well as supervising the work of the team applying the methodology of design thinking and using typical processes and techniques of UXD.

Furthermore, I was in charge of deepening the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), to ensure the product could comply with the accessibility guidelines.
